         OUR NEW ORIGINAL SONG

'Freddie Gilroy' - an original track, recorded live around our kitchen table. Freddie's statue, by sculptor Ray Lonsdale, is at North Bay, Scarborough. On his 24th birthday Freddie was one of the first soldiers to liberate Belsen Concentration Camp. He told Ray that he cried on each subsequent birthday reminding himself of what he had seen.

All proceeds from the sale of the CD single go to 'Help For Heroes'

'Freddie Gilroy' has been played on Bishop FM and we have performed it live on Vixen FM radio.

We like to play a mixture of folk, blues, jazz and country songs. When we hear a song we like we'll have a go at it. If we think a voice and a single acoustic guitar can do it justice we'll try it out at a gig. Audience feedback then decides if it stays in the set.
